Recommended HVAC cadence

Quarterly service is strong. Monthly or bi-monthly HVAC care is better.

For South Florida homes, we ideally recommend adding bi-monthly or monthly HVAC maintenance visits between quarterly service intervals. These visits help keep the most-used system in your home on a tighter preventive schedule.

Interim HVAC visits can include AC filter service, condensate drain line flushing, and algae treatment, helping reduce preventable issues between full scheduled home maintenance visits.
